Anthony Francisco has over 20+ years of real estate experience. Anthony’s career began as a real estate consultant at Development Planning and Financing Group where he assisted land developers and homebuilders create special taxing districts.

Following his time at Development and Financing Group, Anthony started working for The Wolff Company, a private equity firm specializing in acquiring and development multifamily units. During his time at The Wolff Company, Anthony was involved in the acquisition of 6,000+ units and the disposition of 2,000+ units.
Anthony became Partner of Edgehill Investments, LLC in 2017. Edgehill is an investment company with a primary focus on multi-family acquisitions/development, infill retail redevelopment and various F&B concepts.
Anthony graduated from the University of Kansas with degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Arizona State University.

He is currently a life member of EC70, the fundraising arm of Executive Council Charities, and an active member of The Thunderbirds.
