Mandy Aranyos is the Investment Product and Services Director at Lukrom, where
she leads the operational execution and ongoing servicing of the firm’s alternative
investment offerings. With extensive experience across institutional and retail channels,
operations, and investor services, Mandy plays a key role in streamlining Lukrom’s
investment processes and enhancing the overall investor experience.

At Lukrom, Mandy oversees the onboarding of offerings to major custodians including
Schwab, Fidelity, RBC, and Pershing. She manages the design and implementation of
workflows for subscription documents, maintains due diligence data rooms, and
responds to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) on behalf of the wholesale team and
financial advisors. She collaborates with the executive team to review and revise
offering materials such as PPMs, operating agreements, and subscription packages,
ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the firm’s compliance standards.
Mandy is also responsible for regulatory filings, including Form D and Blue Sky, and
works closely with the Managing Broker-Dealer (MBD) to support investment approvals
and syndication readiness.

Prior to joining Lukrom, Mandy held leadership and operational roles at Caliber Funds
and Virtua Partners, where she built a strong foundation in investor onboarding, client
services, broker-dealer coordination, and fund operations. Known for her precision and
client-first mindset, she continues to deliver white-glove support to both financial
advisors and direct investors.
