Marisa was born in Las Vegas but has called Arizona home since childhood. She has always had a passion for raising capital. Early on, she won her college’s pitch competition for funding from a board of investors. The business she pitched and ran was Unwind Yoga, a company that brought yoga onsite to corporations as part of their employees’ wellness packages.​

Following her success in the pitch competition, Marisa transitioned into real estate investing, getting her start as a landlord. ​

She then started making real estate backed private loans with capital partners. She has been able to fund projects such as new build construction in Phoenix and fix & flip projects in Scottsdale. Brokering deals that yield significant returns for both herself and her capital partners has been a source of joy. Her passion for entrepreneurship and desire to build meaningful relationships drive her success in the finance world.​

In her free time, Marisa can be found rock climbing, slacklining, traveling, or catching a good sunset with her husband and 2 dogs. She has been to all 50 states and is ready to see more of the world.
